Welcome to SSMarT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at https://ssmart.io (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By browsing or ordering from the Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

1. Who we are

2. Using our Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with its operation.

3. Products and pricing

We try to display our products and their colours, descriptions, and specifications as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device shows them perfectly. All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and are the total amount you pay for the item. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price, and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where an item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our available payment methods. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Because some items are shipped from our suppliers, delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return items, and receive refunds are set out in full in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.

10. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or other applicable UK consumer protection law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
