Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Some items ship directly from our suppliers, which can occasionally affect dispatch times - if there's any delay with your order, we'll let you know by email.

Delivery times

Most UK orders arrive within 3-7 business days of being placed, including the 1-2 business days it takes us to dispatch. If you choose express delivery, orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Delivery windows are estimates and aren't guaranteed - final timing depends on the carrier, and occasionally an order takes longer. If yours is running late, email us and we'll chase it for you.

Shipping costs

Standard UK delivery is £4.99, and is free on orders of £50 or more. Express delivery is £6.99. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay - no surprises.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, we'll email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow it to your door.

Delays

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption or severe weather.
